Disengaged Employee Report
At a time when companies are focused on growth and relying on their workforces to achieve it, a major new survey more has found that only one in seven employees worldwide are fully engaged with their jobs.
My report has been compiled from statistics from a variety of Global and New Zealand reports on Engaged and Disengaged employees and Workplace Bullying and articles.
Employees underperform for a variety of reasons including: lack of goals, interesting work (work roles can be rotated) lack of training, motivation, supportive management, bullying, scare tactics, lose/lose relationships, time, stress and other reasons. I have compiled this report as businesses challenge with disengaged employees and balancing their cash flow. This report highlights the importance of empowering people to perform, which is my specialty in creating positive workplace relationships.
